I gear up a macro at IFTTT.com to automatically dorsum upwards all of my gmail attachments (equally I receive them) to a single folder on my google drive. Although this doesnt dorsum upwards the actual gmails, just the attachments. And it doesnt exercise the attachments from old emails unless yous open up those emails. I like it because I can find all my contempo attachments in ane identify without having to work out which email the attachment was linked to
